I started contracting as a Senior Designer for Cisco in June 2024. I work as the primary designer and brand manager for the Learn with Cisco department of over 600 people while also supporting the Cisco U. UX Team.
Cisco has allotted me the opportunity to touch a multitude of projects. Ranging from brand design & style guides, to Cisco Live wall graphics & apparel, to managing design across multiple campaigns for various teams, to digital template creation for email and social teams, to working directly with designers to mentor and QC work.

Cisco Live
I created booth graphics for Cisco Live San Diego, Las Vegas, Melbourne, Amsterdam, and Cancun for 2024 and now 2025.
Cisco Live is Cisco’s largest annual event with 20,000-30,000 in-person attendees and up to a million virtual attendees. The event showcases cutting-edge technology, insightful session, and workshops that inspire, connect, and teach attendees. Past years have even had musical guests like Elton John and The Killers headlining.
Cisco Site Header
My first project with Cisco was to design and implement a header image template for the ‘Learn’ portion of the Cisco website.
In an attempt to pull in Cisco U. branding to better merge the two, we created shape bundles from the Cisco U. shapes, added a gradient, and created a library of imagery with ‘main character energy’ to feature throughout each of the 100+ pages.
Email Templates
I created a custom email template library for the Cisco team to use that maintains a cohesive look and feel while offering diverse, on-brand options to choose from.
The library consists of multiple images (that are swapped quarterly), multiple color-ways, multiple sizes (mobile & desktop), and imagery or graphic based designs.
Cisco U. Spotlight
Cisco U. Spotlight just wrapped its second year. It’s a streamed international free event that offers webinars on multiple tech categories.
This year I designed the web based event via the ON24 platform, produced hundreds of digital promos, created a tshirt, and all additional needed assets. The event had over 20k international watchers day of, which has continued to grow with it’s on-demand option post-event.
Holiday 2024
Our 2024 holiday campaign (pre-sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc) consisted of a multitude of sales on various certifications for many different parts of the Cisco and Cisco U. site. As a result I created a campaign that was branded around Cisco and Cisco U. in a plethora of difference sizes, colors, copy promos, and more.
Illustrations
The Cisco brand has a really wonderful, clean illustration style. It provides a lot of opportunity to create new graphics to represent campaigns, portions of the website, and support emails or collateral.
